In coating production, pigment dispersion and grinding are key processes that determine product tinting strength and stability. The latest industry technical research shows that the grinding efficiency can be increased by more than 30% by optimizing three core parameters of dispersion equipment. The first is grinding medium selection - compared with traditional glass beads, zirconia beads have higher density and hardness, which can generate greater shear force at the same rotation speed. They are especially suitable for difficult-to-disperse pigments such as titanium dioxide and carbon black, and the wear rate can be reduced to below 0.01%. The second is improvement of dispersion disc structure - the adoption of a double-layer serrated dispersion disc design can form a shear field with upper and lower convection inside the equipment, breaking the local mixing blind area of traditional single-layer dispersion discs and making the pigment particle size distribution more uniform. The third is optimization of cavity cooling system - the heat generated during high-speed dispersion easily causes changes in coating viscosity. New-type equipment adopts a dual cooling method combining jacketed cooling and internal cooling pipes, which can stabilize the cavity temperature at 25-35℃ and ensure dispersion quality.

Importance and Application of Sealing Technology for Reaction Equipment in Ink Production
Ink production involves chemical reactions of various solvent-based materials, and the sealing performance of reaction equipment is directly related to production safety and product purity. Industry technical specifications clearly require that ink reaction equipment should adopt a double-sealing structure. The primary seal uses mechanical sealing, which achieves basic sealing of the reaction cavity through the precise cooperation of the moving ring and the stationary ring. The surface roughness of the sealing surface must reach below Ra 0.2μm to ensure no leakage under a working pressure of 0.8MPa. The secondary seal adopts magnetic fluid sealing technology, which uses the fluidity and sealing property of magnetic fluid under the action of a magnetic field to form a reliable protective barrier, effectively preventing the escape of volatile organic solvents and meeting environmental emission requirements. In addition, the sealing system must be equipped with an online leakage monitoring device. When a seal failure is detected, it can alarm in real time and automatically cut off the material supply to ensure the safety and controllability of the production process.

Adhesive paste products have extremely strict requirements on the bubble content, and the defoaming effect of vacuum stirring equipment directly affects the bonding performance and appearance quality of adhesive paste. Technical engineers have summarized three defoaming technology optimization strategies. The first is gradient control of vacuum degree - a stepped vacuum pumping method is adopted. In the initial stage, a vacuum degree of -0.05MPa is used to remove a large number of free bubbles, and in the later stage, the vacuum degree is gradually increased to above -0.095MPa to avoid adhesive paste splashing caused by a sudden increase in vacuum degree. The second is optimization of stirring trajectory - changing the traditional circular stirring to planetary stirring. Through the combined motion of revolution and rotation, the adhesive paste continuously updates its surface during the stirring process, accelerating the escape of bubbles, and the stirring uniformity can be increased to more than 98%. The third is improvement of cavity structure - guide grooves are set on the inner wall of the stirring kettle to reduce material dead corners, and an arc-shaped bottom design is adopted to avoid bubble accumulation at the bottom of the kettle. Through practical tests, the optimized equipment can control the bubble content of adhesive paste below 0.1%.

Technical Points of Sanitary Design for Grinding Equipment in Cosmetics Production
The cosmetics industry has extremely high requirements on the hygiene standards of production equipment, and the sanitary design of grinding equipment is the key to ensuring product safety. According to the GMP standards for cosmetics, grinding equipment must meet the following technical points. Firstly, material selection - the parts in contact with materials must be made of 316L stainless steel, and their surface roughness must reach below Ra 0.1μm through electrolytic polishing. It has good corrosion resistance and easy cleanability, and can withstand repeated cleaning with acid-base cleaning agents. Secondly, structural design - the equipment must adopt a dead-angle-free design, and all connection parts use quick-installation clamp connections to avoid material residue caused by threaded connections. The seals must be made of food-grade silicone rubber materials that meet FDA certification standards. Thirdly, cleaning system - equipped with a CIP online cleaning system, which realizes all-round cleaning of the equipment interior through high-pressure rotating spray balls. The cleaning time can be set to 15-30 minutes according to the equipment model. At the same time, it is equipped with a SIP online sterilization function, which uses 121℃ saturated steam for sterilization to ensure the aseptic state of the equipment.
