Starting the Year with a Major Success: Our 20,000-Ton/Year Printing Paste Production Lines Now Operational

We are pleased to announce the successful commissioning of our first project in 2026—two complete 20,000-ton/year printing paste production lines for a leading industry client have now successfully completed trial production!
The integrated process covers the entire workflow from big bag powder feeding, automatic powder/liquid dosing, pre-dispersion, thickening & deaeration, to filtration and automatic filling. The system is designed for high automation and continuous operation, significantly enhancing production efficiency and product consistency.
Over the past several months, our technical team worked closely with the customer under a tight schedule to overcome challenges during installation and commissioning. With dedicated effort and close collaboration, the lines have been fully connected and are now running smoothly with all parameters meeting design specifications. This marks a key milestone in the project's execution.
The successful launch of these production lines not only boosts our client’s manufacturing capacity but also demonstrates our expertise in delivering large-scale, integrated chemical processing systems—from engineering design and equipment manufacturing to commissioning and technical support.
