  • Scope of Application
    This automated production line is specifically designed for the production and processing of printing paste, and is also suitable for coatings, resins, silicone oils, pigments, inks, and other chemical industry sectors. Printing paste is the core material for textile screen printing, used to print patterns on fabric surfaces. In traditional production, the equipment for each process operates independently, requiring multiple material transfers between workstations, resulting in relatively low overall production efficiency.
    Working Principle
    The core principle is to uniformly disperse powder fillers, monomers, and additives into the resin emulsion base material to complete the compounding and blending process. Powder raw materials are fed via ton bag unloading into upper-layer stainless steel powder storage tanks, and then metered and conveyed through pneumatic pipelines. Liquid raw materials such as emulsions are transported through insulated and sealed pipelines to vertical insulated stirring reactors. The materials sequentially undergo automatic batching, pre-dispersion, vacuum deaeration, thickening and conditioning, and precision filtration, with sealed pipeline conveyance throughout the entire process. After filtration, the finished paste is delivered to the filling station for automatic filling.

The fully sealed conveyance effectively suppresses dust and solvent volatilization, improving the working environment. From raw material feeding to finished product filling, the entire process is completed continuously, substantially shortening the production cycle and ensuring balanced and stable output across all batches.
