The core function of the coating production line is to uniformly disperse pigment and filler particles into resin binders or aqueous emulsion systems. After various raw materials are fed into the reactors, a complete continuous sequence of operations is carried out, including premixing and dispersion, circulation milling, color tinting and blending, vacuum degassing with stirring, and precision filtration.
