Vertical storage tank
Purpose: Vertical storage tanks are primarily used in the pharmaceutical, dairy, sugar, and related industries for uniformly mixing and storing various elements and medicinal compounds after formulation. They are essential equipment for manufacturers in pharmaceuticals, dairy, and beverage sectors.
Structure: The vertical storage tank consists of a tank body and a tank cover. Both the feed inlet and discharge outlet are made of imported stainless acid-resistant steel (304 or 316L). The inner surface of the tank is polished, and it features a two-line openable tank cover for cleaning purposes. The tank bottom is tapered, with a discharge outlet designed for easy material release and connection to pipelines, facilitating continuous feeding of various ingredients. An additional outlet is located at the bottom.
Functional Applications: Vertical storage tanks offer functionalities such as heating, cooling, insulation, stirring, and metering. They are widely used in coatings, pharmaceuticals, construction materials, chemicals, pigments, resins, food, and other industries. Depending on production and process requirements, they can be designed with heating/cooling systems, low/high-speed stirring systems, sealed pressure systems, vacuum systems, and metering systems. Based on material ratios and states, ingredients can be proportioned via weighing, flow metering, or liquid level metering methods.
