Horizontal Storage Tank
Purpose: The horizontal storage tank is primarily used for the uniform mixing and storage of blended materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, dairy, food processing, and chemical production. It serves as an indispensable piece of equipment for manufacturers in the pharmaceutical, beverage, food, and related sectors, providing stable storage conditions for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
Structure: The tank body, cover, inlet, and outlet are all constructed from high-quality stainless acid-resistant steel (304 or 316L). The interior surface is finely polished to ensure hygiene and ease of cleaning. The tank features a fully openable or sealable design for maintenance, with a sloped or conical bottom facilitating complete drainage. All ports are designed for easy connection to pipelines, supporting continuous or batch feeding and discharging processes.

Additional Attachments: Available accessories include agitators, manholes, various inlet/outlet ports, sight glasses, breather filters, thermometers, sampling valves, and liquid level sensors, which can be customized based on operational requirements.
System Configuration: The horizontal storage tank system can be equipped with drive units, mechanical seals, temperature control systems, internal lighting, sight glasses, cleaning devices (such as spray balls), steam inlets, condensate outlets, product outlets, drain valves, and sampling ports.
Functional Applications: Designed to perform heating, cooling, insulation, mixing, and metering functions, the horizontal storage tank is widely used in industries such as coatings, pharmaceuticals, construction materials, chemicals, pigments, resins, and food processing. Depending on specific production and process needs, it can be configured with integrated heating/cooling systems, variable-speed agitation, pressure or vacuum sealing systems, and precise metering systems. Ingredient proportioning can be achieved through methods such as weight batching, flow metering, or level-based measurement.
