Application scope:
This machine is designed for emulsification, homogenization, and dispersion processes in industrial production. It is suitable for a wide range of applications across industries such as coatings, inks, petrochemicals, chemicals, mining, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, food processing, and fine chemicals.
Work Principle:
High-shear dispersion emulsification efficiently, rapidly, and uniformly distributes one or more phases into a continuous phase—typically immiscible ones. Thanks to the high tangential velocity and intense mechanical energy generated by the rotor's high-speed rotation and frequent mechanical oscillations, the material experiences powerful shear forces, centrifugal挤压, fluid-layer friction, impact-induced breakup, and turbulent flows as it moves through the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. This combined action ensures that immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases are instantly and thoroughly dispersed into a fine, uniform emulsion. Through repeated high-frequency circulation, the process ultimately produces a stable, high-quality product.
