  • Product Overview

    The high- and low-speed dispersion mixing tank consists of eight key components: the mechanical system, hydraulic lifting system, main drive unit, mixing system, guiding mechanism, tank body, sealing device, and electrical control box. Each component is designed to be compact and well-organized, with optional EX explosion-proof or standard control systems. Additionally, the tank body can be equipped with heating or cooling units depending on process requirements. The mixer options include a frame-type agitator (with wall-scraping feature), while high-speed models can be fitted with emulsifying heads or dispersion discs along with complementary components, enabling diverse mixing and dispersion effects. The system offers integrated functions such as heating, cooling, insulation, mixing, dispersing, and metering.

    Technical features:

    • The hydraulic lift rotates smoothly, with a height-adjustable lifting stroke ranging from 600 to 3,000 mm. It allows operators to fine-tune the disperser to different heights depending on the material being processed, ensuring optimal mixing and dispersion—while remaining simple to operate and maintain.
    • The inner wall of the tank can be polished to a Ra0.3–0.4μm standard (equivalent to 300 mesh), preventing materials from sticking easily to the bottom. Additionally, the agitator blades are designed for simple removal, making cleaning quick and convenient.
    • The production process features strong continuity, with speed precisely adjusted via a frequency inverter, enabling rapid dispersion and dissolution of materials. It delivers excellent dispersion performance, high production efficiency, and smooth, stable operation.
    • Dispersed within the sealed container, this approach minimizes material evaporation caused by heat, helping to reduce losses and protect the environment.

    Application scope:

    Suitable for mixing and dispersing a wide variety of materials, it is extensively used in industries such as chemical engineering, food processing, pharmaceuticals, plastics, rubber, ceramics, and more—making it ideal for both industrial production and laboratory research applications.
