Application scope:

Technical features:
- An ideal model specifically designed for process requirements such as dispersing, mixing, reacting, and dissolving highly viscous or high-thickness materials.
- By employing multiple sets of planetary gear structures, the low-speed mixer and high-speed disperser simultaneously rotate both on their own axes and around a central point, ensuring that the dispersion/mixing efficiency thoroughly covers every corner of the material cylinder.
- The precisely engineered low-speed mixer is perfectly combined with a high-speed disperser, and the planetary frame is equipped with a movable wall-scraping device, ensuring that materials within the tank are swiftly blended and kneaded thanks to the powerful dispersion and mixing capabilities.
- A variety of agitators are available: including toothed-disc dispersers, straight/slash-blade impellers, helical-frame mixers, butterfly-type agitators, spiral tumbling devices, and propeller-style agitators—each can be freely combined and customized to suit your needs.
- Depending on production process requirements, optional power combinations and gear ratio configurations are available.
- Available in vacuum-sealed and pressurized models; heating/cooling options are also available.
