Product Summary:
- The horizontal sand mill consists of a frame, a transmission system, a cooling water system, a motor, a control system, a cylinder, a stirring device, and a grinding media separation unit, among other components.
- Once the grinding media and the material to be ground enter the grinding chamber, under the drive of the main shaft, the slurry and the grinding media balls collide and compress at high speed as they are stirred by the dispersing disc and grading wheel. This process further refines the particle size of the slurry, reducing it to sub-micron or even nanometer levels.
- Suitable for various types of abrasives, it can produce products with different colors and particle sizes, making it widely applicable.

- Energy-efficient and highly effective, it features the latest German technology with a large-area sieve mesh for smooth material discharge at low pressure. Combined with an optimized turbine design at the discharge outlet, this ensures thorough crushing of the ground materials, enabling efficient grinding within the chamber.
Space is increased by 20%, and the effective grinding space of the entire nanosand mill reaches over 93%. - During the grinding process, the grinding particles can be precisely controlled, achieving high particle size accuracy and enabling the production of even finer products.
- Featuring excellent wear resistance as well as corrosion and acid-alkali resistance, the rod-pin bead mill is equipped with a silicon carbide ceramic inner chamber. In addition to superior cooling and heat-conducting performance, it boasts exceptional high-strength abrasion resistance, with a Mohs hardness reaching 9.5 (while high-purity zirconia beads have a Mohs hardness of around 9.0)—nearly matching the hardness level of diamond.
- The equipment boasts high operational stability, thanks to its advanced balancing technology, ensuring safe operation. Constructed from wear-resistant alloys, it offers an exceptionally long service life. Both the front and rear cover plates—and indeed all key components—are crafted from high-quality alloy steel with excellent wear resistance, guaranteeing that the chamber remains durable and maintaining its original appearance even after prolonged grinding.
- Horizontal CNC boring machine performs 360-degree one-time machining, ensuring precise dimensional tolerances for both front and back parts. Equipped with German-engineered double-end face mechanical seals, featuring tungsten carbide and silicon carbide mating rings. It also incorporates imported DuPont perfluoroether-based corrosion-resistant sealing elements and Hastelloy alloy springs, capable of withstanding pressures up to 0.6 MPa, while maintaining a safe operating pressure limit of 0.3 MPa. Additionally, the dynamic seal ring exhibits planar oscillation within an ultra-precise tolerance of no more than 0.02 mm.
