Product Summary:
- This hydraulic material press is designed to work in conjunction with the multi-functional mixer produced by our company, serving as a matching discharge and filling device. It is ideal for hydraulic filling applications involving materials with a certain level of fluidity—particularly well-suited for highly viscous substances such as inks, adhesives, silicones, and resins. The machine can be customized, according to your needs, into either an upward-discharge or downward-discharge model, ensuring flexibility to meet diverse packaging requirements. Moreover, this machine features a simple structure and is easy to operate.
- The hydraulic material press is a complementary device for planetary mixers or high-power dispersers, designed to discharge or portion the highly viscous materials produced by the mixer. This equipment consists of a hydraulic system, a frame, a lifting support structure, and a control box. Its key features include: the hydraulic cylinder can be freely adjusted across pressure ranges from 0 to 20 MPa, allowing the piston rod to stop at any desired position while maintaining constant pressure; the pressing plate’s rubber seal ensures tight contact with the inner wall of the container (and can even be equipped with a vacuum degassing system), preventing material from flowing back out and guaranteeing complete emptying of the container without leaving any residue. Additionally, the lifting support mechanism uses hydraulics to raise the unit smoothly to the top position, making it easy for operators to perform portioning tasks. Overall, the system boasts a simple mechanical design and convenient operation.
Technical features:
- Move the mixing bucket containing the material to the front of the hydraulic discharging machine, and push it along the track on the lifting platform into the designated position.
- Press the device's lift button to align the V-shaped pivot at the bottom of the mixing bucket perfectly with the V-shaped pivot on the U-shaped frame.
- Press the hydraulic discharge machine's locking button to secure the two small cylinders, which will position the mixing bucket vertically—preventing it from rising along with the pressing plate as it moves upward.
- The locking of the hydraulic discharge machine and the up-and-down operation of the pressure plate must be performed after the oil pump is started.
- This machine features both upper and lower discharge ports, which can be selected based on actual needs. The height of the discharge ports is controlled by the up-and-down buttons on the hydraulic discharge mechanism. Additionally, the vent hole on the pressing plate is designed to release air trapped above the material when the plate is pressed down.
- The total pressure during material pressing and the discharge speed of the machine are determined by the system pressure—provided, however, that the system pressure does not exceed its maximum limit. Hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly according to the equipment's usage conditions.
